is the first in a series of Charlotte Home Sold Reports. Today’s
home sold report covers the southern zip code 28270 and I’ve looked at
homes sold in the last 30 days, under $500,000.
Charlotte NC Here’s a sample of homes sold in zip code 28270 from the following
communities: Providence Commons, Beverly Crest, Willowmere and
Providence Plantation. Coste per SF analysis below.
In 2008, 27 homes were sold in the zip code 28270 with a median
price of $255,590 and an average sold cost per square foot of
$112. In 2007, 42 homes were sold with a median price of $294,997
and an average sold cost per square foot of $116 representing a 3%
average price decrease, and 36% decrease in the number of sales.
